In unison with eNovation Press, a Division of Software Solutions Corporation, and our eCend ™® LMS Mobil app, we created a fully immersive educational experience. eCend offers the best instructor-led, mentor-led, or self-paced learner-centric experience. Our training courseware is designed to aid the learner in its journey of understanding.
Our writers and courseware development team begin by using storyboards to understand the learner’s needs and create a logical and self-evolving path toward content understanding. We realize that cognitive acquisition of content is not equal for all learners; to address this human learning weakness, we developed content, presentation, lectures, and courseware that follows a single story idea to its conclusion by dividing the courseware into Parts, Chapters, Sections, and Lessons. This approach allows for the concentration of effort on a single idea, at a single level of understanding, while we begin to build the knowledge base.
At the end of each segment, there are activities, some cognitive, some gear toward skills, and others toward collaboration; this approach allows the student to be presented with several opportunities to express what they learned and the instructor or mentor to correct their path or encourage further research. The storyline drives our courseware; we include a real-world scenario that the student will follow. The scenario is meant to resemble a real working team. The learner’s point of view begins when he is onboarded as a new apprentice/intern, he is giving training and projects, which allows him to advance until he becomes a certified SME.
Our LMS is the center jewel of our courseware development. It is used to host content, manage student involvement and cognitive development. The student can access their digital courseware thru an LMS portal or thru their eCend LMS Mobil app, which can be downloaded into Windows 10, Apple, and Android devices. Our courseware is fully customizable; we offer subscriptions and perpetual licenses and can support unlimited users. Once subscribed or implemented as an On-Premises or On-Cloud solution, all the learner has to do is be part of the organization hosting the solution. Our LMS and eCend LMS Mobil apps comply with SOX, PCI, GDPR, SHIELD, and major regulatory bodies. If deployed into a customer Ecosystem, it is driven by Identity Governance & Administration policies, and its automated onboarding allows low-Risk profiles to have access to Self-Service provisioning. It also offers a dashboard to track and store utilization and conduct Risk Analysis. It is based on intelligent profile analysis and can be integrated into ServiceNow, Workday, SailPoint, Oracle Identity Management, and many others.

The results of twenty years of research and development are presented in our eCend LMS. Our solution includes Storyboards for eLearning or Courseware development as simple as Kanban board, spreadsheet, or as complex as a doodle presentation. Regardless of the approach taken, our goal is the same; encourage the rapid cognitive acquisition of content by the learner while verifying the learner’s acquisition of knowledge.
